Hormonal Buzz

Finally got 8 hours of sleep till the morning, waking up at 11.00 am. Then got an afternoon nap for about 3 hours. Still had that strange hormonal buzz the body goes through to fix the damage that has been done previously, that annoying feeling in your chest and upper back/neck akin to tinnitus in pain form. Ugh... Diet is also a little screwed. Skipped breakfast obviously, had papaya for lunch, home-cooked spaghetti for tea and coffee for supper. Also did cardio session at the gym to remove toxins. Feeling okay right now, but I hope by tomorrow I am feeling much, much, much better.

Everyone seems to be at the clubs/bars/friend's place for a Halloween party. I shall stay home and get my much required rest. Enjoy yourself people.
