Patrick star is the deuteragonist of the Spongebob Squarepants show (and also my favourite character). Here are 10 cool facts about him!

5. Patrick has a driving license and is an excellent driver, unlike Spongebob who still hasn't passed.

10. The original creator of the Spongebob Squarepants series initially wanted to make Patrick and Spongebob a gay couple, but because Nickelodeon ended up taking the show on instead of Comedy Central, they changed them to being ambiguous friends.

The Middle Ground

To those who do not know it yet, I am a true versatile.

And that doesn't mean only sexually, I believe in the dualism of dominance and passivity, the dynamics of a continuous exchange of thoughts and acts of love, the idea that this free flow can be the thing that holds a relationship together strongly. To sit on the fence and not be tired of it.

I'm a rare breed I guess, but I never give up hope.

The first half dragged me in, but the second half was disappointing. I was totally expecting him to give a little deeper insight of this semantically subjective term, but I guess the truth might be as simple as what he said, that we are all just fighting for our rights.

Behaving Like Teenagers

This write-up pretty much sums my point of view (not exhaustively, but pretty well):

Society now accepts gay men as equals. So why on earth do so many continue to behave like teenagers?

As for updates, I have been plagued by my tonsils again. so the TEDxKL post has to wait a little as I'm on very strong antibiotics and flu medicine. Antibiotics alone cost about RM6.00 a pill...

I want to remove my tonsils, but for now recovery and observation is a routine practice.

Oh, and these days I am also swarmed with crazy emotional swings of loneliness and (unfortunately) jealousy. It isn't helping my self-esteem, but this is a path that I have to brave as a man.

The People Who You Should Appreciate With All Your Heart

Nope, they are not your parents. Not even your best friend and close friends.

They are the people who you don't see as a romantic interest, but likes you more than a normal friend and loves you enough to let you find your love, hiding their actual feelings to become your eternal close friends.

I salute you with all my heart and I am ashamed for not being able to return those feelings.

Home Alone

I have been home alone since last Thursday till this Friday. Nothing much has changed, but I have chosen the lazy method of doing stuff at times to prevent from dirtying the house and all.

Perceived loneliness is amplified by actual loneliness.
